- Jurisdiction note for planning: Mānoa Falls is a DOFAW trail, not a State Parks unit — DLNR lists it under the Honolulu Watershed Forest Reserve and states that "Diamond Head, ʻAiea Loop, Makapuʻu Lighthouse and Kaʻena Point Trails are all managed by DLNR Division of State Parks" while the Honolulu Watershed trails are DOFAW (https://dlnr.hawaii.gov/dofaw/oahu/faq/). No entry reservation is required for the trail itself.
