- No entry reservation, but the city application deadline is hard: "Application must be filed 3 weeks in advance to the DPR Permits Office" (https://www.honolulu.gov/parks/default/park-locations/182-site-dpr-cat/1758-park-use-permits.html). A proposal booked inside three weeks cannot be permitted on the city side.
