- Summer-only by car: the park lists "Season: Summer Only (June - September)" and notes "Reflection Lakes is located along Stevens Canyon Road which is open to vehicles during the summer season, typically from late June-September" (https://www.nps.gov/places/reflection-lakes.htm). Good news for 2026 — "Mount Rainier National Park will not implement a timed entry reservation for any portion of the park in 2026" (https://www.nps.gov/mora/learn/news/mount-rainier-national-park-will-not-require-timed-entry-reservations-in-2026.htm). Note that an actual wedding ceremony is different: the park says "Weddings are permitted for a 3-hour timeframe" under a permit. A proposal is not a ceremony.
